MT-48CR is our third version MWD system designed by MTC ,integrated advanced international material ,new processing and micro-electronics technology so that the performance of device has been improved further more ,which not only overcome high -temperature ,high -pressure , vibration, and shocking working environment ,but also equipped with long service life and reliably usage , The failure-free time of device can up to 1000h, high -effectively  , Furthermore ,which can save the drilling operation time because of device failure .
Features and Benefits 
1.        Directional probe /Gamma probe measuring sensor uses the model 750 sensor which are produced by US APS (APPLIED PHYSICS SYSTEMS) ,highly precision and small foot-print
2.        The instrument with 47.6mm OD, fits non-magnetic drill collar with 60~85 mm ID.
3.        Adopting new type electronic components & circuit design ,enhanced the protection of circuit , Eliminated the downhole electromagnetic interference ,more reliable and lower power consumption
4.        New type stabilizer and pulser design, shorten the device length ,reduced the blind area of directional probe and Gamma probe
5.        Fastenings all adopt international brand LOMO plug ,reliable connection .
6.        All connecting line are protected by high temperature grid
7.        Supporting firmware version to upgrade
8.        Adopting sitting -key model design ,realizing sitting-key truly on the wellhead ,fishing in the pit bottom ,avoiding the loss of device because of jamming ,reducing the risk of using device .
9.        Special guiding-shoe overhand key design ( overhand force -300kg)  completely eliminate the possibility that device take off the key .

Pulser 
1.        Piston design, no using oil sac, reducing the failure rate under the low-temperature environment
2.        Special excitation and circuit design ,reducing the power of pulser consumption greatly ,prolong the service life of battery and reducing the production cost
3.        Special screen pipe design makes it possible to use the instrument under the LCM situation(<80 mesh ), which can resolve the testing problems in complex stratum loss.
4.        Simple maintenance ( just within 30 minutes ) ,reducing the cost of repairing as well as time cost
Stabilizer
1.       Integrated design with other short section unit , more convenient using and easy dismounting within 20 minutes on average once a time ,shorten the operation time within 20 minutes
2.        Unique stabilizer design ,reducing abrasion for device from stabilizer ,saving cost .
3.        Stabilizer sleeve adopt conical rubber design ,reducing washout for device from mud
4.        Adopting split type design for stabilizer sleeve and body ,more convenient for replacing the sleeve ,and easy maintenance ( within 5 minutes ) ,reducing the cost of maintenance and saving the                      maintenance time
5.        The diameter of stabilizer sleeve is 82mm, widely using , suit for different size non-magnetic drill collar using .
Surface system:
1.        Complete surface system ,no needing additional hardware and software .
2.        Perfect ground software system is more powerful and more easily operation . furthermore ,which achieve automatic filtering and decode as well as the waveform optimization and decoding correction function
3.        Between drill floor and handing room connecting with line are more stability and more reliable ,whose max distance can up to 270 meter .
4.        Using high quality cable , low temperature resistant (-40℃) ,more soft and more durable .
5.        Unit interface is interchangeable, which can avoid high cost because of misoperation brings ,plug more quickly .
6.        The ground connection cable are replaceable ,reducing the quantity of the spare cable when working ,which reduce the total cost .
7.        All the device are packed by firmly waterproof case ,which is convenient for shipping and storage as well as d improved the service life of device .
